Cancellation will apply in the following scenarios:
- If the product has not yet been shipped
- Inordinate delay in shipping or delivery of the product – if product has not been
dispatched even after 7 working days of placing the order.
- Product has not been delivered even after 12 working days of placing the order.
- Wrong product received – customer to connect with our help desk within 7 days
of delivery of the product and lodge a complaint. The help desk will guide
further. However, Shopstacc team will retain the video recording of the product
being packed, sealed and labelled for courier pickup. The relevant IMEI or serial
numbers will also be captured in the video, and these details will be mentioned
in the delivery note.
- Product in broken/ physically damaged condition – customer to connect with
our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery of the product and lodge a
complaint. You are advised to inspect the product before using, and not activate
the product in case of any physical/ visible damage. To qualify for product
return, the product should necessarily be in unused condition. The Customer
Support team may ask the customer to come on a video call to inspect the
damages and will assist further.
- If the customer wants the cancellation of the order post-shipment or post
delivery, customer should contact Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.
The product should be retained in an unopened condition along with delivery
notes and other relevant documents which may have accompanied it. Customer
Support team will arrange for the pickup of the product as soon as possible. The
courier partner doing the reverse pickup will have the right to inspect the
condition of the product and reject pickup if the product is seen to have been
opened, used, or tampered with. Customer will also be charged the packaging
and courier charges for the delivery and the reverse pickup. This will be
adjusted against the refund amount.
Refund Policy:
For all orders which have been approved for cancellation, necessary refunds after
adjustment of any charges will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the
cancelled product at Shopstacc end. For cancellations before despatch, refunds will be
processed within 7 working days, back to the original payment source. Any reward
points credited / debited for the purchase of the product will be reversed/ restored.
Exchange:
Subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below, a product can be exchanged or
returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Exchange Policy:
Products once sold and delivered to you, shall be eligible for exchange only if the
Product condition is found to be damaged, broken, faulty or different from the ordered
one. You can return the Product(s)under your order, provided the Product(s)
are sealed/ unopened/ unused and in original condition.
Products, under the following instances, cannot be accepted by us under Exchange:
- Damages due to mishandling of product;
- Products with tampered or missing labels;
- Products without all original packaging, including the box, if any, original invoice
and all other items originally included with the Product(s) delivered.
- Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact the brand's
authorized service centre for assistance with warranty claims, repairs, or replacements,
in line with the brand's policy.
- For all consumer electronics (televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, etc.), you
are advised to open the packaging only in the presence of the authorised technicians
of the respective brand. For defective product claims to be accepted, the installation
must be done by the authorised brand technicians only. In cases where the packaging
is opened before the technician arrives, the warranty might become void, and we will
not provide replacement for such products. Furthermore, the address for the pickup of
the product cannot be different from the original delivery address.
