This is a Zee5 Insta Gift Voucher (GV) and is accepted on the Zee5 website and the Zee5 application.
To apply a GV code, visit ZEE5’s subscription offerings page on the website or the Zee5 application.
Click the following link to view subscription offerings: https://www.zee5.com/myaccount/subscription
The person holding the Zee5 GV is deemed to be the beneficiary.
Zee5 is not responsible if the Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
Only one GV can be used in a single transaction.
This is a one-time use GV with an expiration date.
No credit note or refund will be provided for any unused GV balance.
Any unused balance amount shall automatically lapse.
Zee5 GV cannot be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any circumstances.
Zee5 GV can be clubbed with ongoing promotions and offers.
Zee5 GV cannot be redeemed on specific blackout dates, which may be updated at Zee5’s discretion.
Any dispute related to the GV should be referred to the issuing company. In case of legal disputes, courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Zee5 will attempt to accept Insta Gift Vouchers on a best-effort basis. Zee5 shall not be liable for non-acceptance due to technical or other uncontrollable reasons.
If a GV is blocked due to a technical issue, it will be enabled within 72 hours. In case of transaction failure after applying the GV, the amount will be refunded within 48 hours.
Zee5 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Zee5 has the final authority on the interpretation of these terms.
Zee5 reserves the right to withdraw the Insta Gift Voucher scheme before its validity period ends.
Zee5 may deny acceptance of a GV if duplication or misuse is suspected.
Zee5’s maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the GV in dispute.
